  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Remaining balances are due before final delivery or deployment.

  • Failure to pay may result in project suspension or cancellation.

6. Client Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide, including text, images, videos, trademarks, and logos.

By providing such content, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to use it.

  • It does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

  • It complies with applicable laws.

WebHaat is not responsible for copyright or licensing issues arising from client-provided materials.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Ownership of the final project deliverables transfers to the client after full payment.

  • WebHaat retains ownership of its proprietary tools, templates, reusable code, design systems, and development methodologies.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of WebHaat's intellectual property.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
